This policy applies to all ZMDC operations, employees, contractors, and subsidiaries across Zimbabwe.

• Ethical Conduct: ZMDC shall uphold integrity, transparency, and accountability in all business dealings.

• Stakeholder Engagement: We will engage with local communities, government, and other stakeholders to ensure their interests and concerns are considered.

• Environmental Stewardship: ZMDC is committed to minimising environmental impact through responsible resource management, rehabilitation, and pollution prevention.

Regular monitoring and evaluation of CSR initiatives will be conducted to assess effectiveness and ensure continuous improvement. ZMDC shall publish an annual CSR report detailing activities, outcomes, and future commitments.
