ZMDC Operations are divided into three divisions. These are:-

Joint Venture Operations
We bring in a technical and financial partner to work with us in
exploiting our mining resource(s).

Contract Mining
We bring in a partner with equipment and financial resources to do  contract mining on our behalf.
    
Gold Milling Centers
We set-up and operate custom milling centers in order to empower  small scale and artisanal miners in designated areas.
