Mr. Peter Chimboza

Appointed to the board on 1 June 2018 as the Chairman, Mr Chimboza is an Engineer by profession. Having a career in mining stretching over 40 years. Peter also sits on the Mimosa Mining Company Board, the ZCDC Board and is the former director of Mimosa Mining Company. He is a member of the Engineering Council of Zimbabwe, South African Institute of Mining and Metallurgical Engineers.

(CIBSA, MBA, PhD(Current)) 

Appointed to the Board on 1 June 2018. Mr Pasipamire is an Investment Banker by profession . He has a career that spans more than two decades in finance and investment and is an accomplished entrepreneur. Wellington was the founding Group CEO for Legend Asset Managers and is the founding and current Chairman & CEO of Nyembesi Capital Group an advisory services entity.

Mr. R. Mandimika
(BSc. Hons. Mining Engineering, Mgmt Diploma) 

Appointed to the Board on 1 June 2018, Reason is an experienced retired mining engineer with experience spanning a period over three decades within the mining industry in Zimbabwe. Mr. Mandimika is the former General Manager (Mining) for ZIMASCO.

Appointed to the Board on 1 June 2018, Mrs Chella brings in extensive experience both at management and Board level. Her career stretches over 3 decades in finance and also as a director. She is also a member of the Zimbabwe Consolidated Diamond Company (ZCDC) board of directors.

Apointed to the board on 1 June 2018, Mr. Tawha is an Engineer by profession. A seasoned bureaucrat, Charles brings in vast technical expertise and experience. Engineer Tawha also sits on the board of the Infrastructural Development Bank of Zimbabwe (IDBZ) and ZCDC.
